Open Question: i want a tattoo to show everyone of the battling disease i fight everyday but i need some ideas?

I have type 1 diabetes, because I was a 4-year-old has been 15 years, I still have to face the disease. I would like to get a tattoo, to help remind me of the strength of courage and will to make my day I went. I am not a creative person, so I need some ideas. I think I have in my back tattoo between shoulder blades. Have any suggestions?
